Advanced Property Watch is owned and operated by Aaron Perleberg. Aaron is a seasoned professional in the residential and commercial Real Estate industry. Aaron is a Winona State University Alumni. Aaron is a seasoned Realtor who has been in and out of many Homes and Commercial buildings. Aaron serves on the Heritage Preservation Commission for the city of Winona and he does so because he is passionate about preserving the integrity and architectural heritage of homes and buildings. Aaron is a certified Old Home Specialist. Aaron is an active member of his community volunteering his time on various boards. In the summer he can be found riding his Harley and taking in the local art scene. In the winter, he likes to hibernate with a book and a warm beverage.
